McDonald’s Construction Nearing Completion

The newest McDonald’s in North Idaho is nearing completion, as the Post Falls location is set to open in February of 2026. The new McDonald’s is located on Poleline Ave. and Highway 41 at Corhaven Properties’ North Point Plaza. McDonald’s joins Grocery Outlet and 7-Eleven which opened earlier this year. This project marks Corhaven Properties’ third national tenant at the shopping center. Three pad sites remain available at the shopping center, with additional storefront retail space expected to be under construction soon.
