Construction Underway!
Substantial site work complete!
North Point Plaza has reached a milestone for site infrastructure completion, while both 7-Eleven and Grocery Outlet construction is making rapid progress. The majority of site infrastructure has been installed, and paving is scheduled for August, upon further completion of the 7-Eleven and Grocery Outlet sites. Paving will mark the completion of all seven (7) lots within the shopping center.
7-Eleven Progress
We are proud to say that construction is running right on schedule, with 7-Eleven’s footings having been poured, under-slab work under way, fuel tanks and copy pillars installed, and walls going up in a matter of weeks. Corhaven Properties is well-known for achieving results on schedule, and this construction project is no different. 7-Eleven will be substantially complete in November, 2024.
Grocery Outlet Progress
All footings have been poured and backfilled, and CMU wall construction is expected to start the first week of June, 2024. As with 7-Eleven, we are right on time, with shell delivery to Grocery Outlet scheduled in September, 2024. Grocery Outlet is expected to complete its T.I. package by year end, with opening shortly thereafter.
