Corhaven Properties is a commercial real estate company based in the Coeur d’Alene area of North Idaho. We specialize in acquisitions and development across the Mountain West. Jordan founded Corhaven Properties after relocating from the southwestern United States, where he built a successful commercial real estate investment practice over two decades. As a seasoned principal with $1.5 billion of hands-on investment and development experience, he chose to establish Corhaven Properties as a leading commercial real estate acquisition and development firm.
Jordan’s background includes extensive work across multiple commercial asset classes and a unique perspective gained from his roles as a private lender, consultant, investor and developer. His attention to precision and active approach to creating results translates directly to his real estate operations, ensuring projects meet exacting standards, timelines and budgets. Jordan’s philosophy centers on building lasting relationships through consistent performance and results, rather than hollow promises.
