NomNom #43 is a build-to-suit on a 1.77 acre site with a 5,817 square foot convenience store and fuel station. This evolution of NomNom’s vision will be a new prototype featuring gasoline, diesel, DEF, propane, RV sanitation station, pet friendly park, and oversized restroom facilities.
Working with Corhaven Properties was smooth from start to finish. Jordan and his team stayed ahead of challenges and kept the project moving, which made my job a lot easier. I can’t wait to do more deals with Corhaven.
