Jordan Wirsz

Our founder is a dedicated husband, father and Christian who cares deeply about his country, his community, and those who are less fortunate. Jordan Wirsz serves as the founder and CEO of Corhaven and brings with him more than 19 years of real estate experience through approximately $1 Billion in transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Wirsz oversees Corhaven’s businesses including both commercial and residential real estate, land development projects, build-to-suit construction, business acquisitions and capital partnerships.

Jordan is a renowned real estate figure and philanthropist who has been recognized by members of the U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, Nevada state government, and has been featured on numerous national television networks including CNBC, NBC, and Fox News. Mr. Wirsz was awarded the prestigious “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award by the Small Business Administration in 2007. Mr. Wirsz has authored four books including The Maverick Millionaire, and has been a sought after speaker on a variety of topics. Mr. Wirsz is also a dedicated philanthropist, previously serving as the President of the LVMPD Foundation, board member of the Las Vegas Justice Partnership, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada, and avid supporter of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

After spending 19 years in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jordan and his family relocated to Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. His wife Katie, and their three children are grateful to live in such a beautiful place which provides an incredible environment to raise a family, quality values, and a tremendous sense of community.
